New tariff codes apply from 1 January 2027. In fitflowPro you already capture your articles with the new codes today. For billings issued until 31.12.2026, fitflowPro automatically uses the corresponding previous tariff codes, so there’s nothing for you to switch over.

Tariff 595, covering outpatient, health-promoting services under the Swiss Insurance Contract Act (VVG), is a nationally valid tariff in Switzerland used for billing health promotion and prevention services. Tariff 595 is published by Forum Datenaustausch and is available to all service providers.

A standardised invoice form is a standardised format that service providers (doctors, hospitals, therapists, fitness centres, course providers, etc.) use to bill services rendered to health insurers or customers / patients. It ensures that all relevant data is present on the invoice and that services are presented transparently and in a machine-readable format. In the area of health promotion, the XML 5.0 format is required.

No. Tariff 595 and the billing standard do not affect recognition. For recognition, you need certification from a certification institution. Tariff 595 relates solely to invoicing.

You can freely set your prices. There are no fixed prices specified in the tariff codes.

The app is designed for small studios and individual providers who need a ready-to-use solution in the browser. The API is intended for larger studios and chains that want to integrate the billing logic directly into their existing systems.

No, that’s not required. As soon as the minimum details (first name, last name, date of birth and email address) are available, your customer can receive a link to complete the remaining information (gender, address, AHV number) themselves. The voucher is then delivered automatically, and the data is saved in fitflowPro for future vouchers.

Yes. Importing is straightforward via CSV, XLS or XLSX, and you can then manage, add to and update your customer data directly in fitflowPro.

You set up customer data and articles once in fitflowPro and manage them there. Creating the actual voucher then takes just a few steps. The finished voucher can be sent directly by email to your customer or downloaded as a PDF.

The Free plan includes 5 billings per month, and unused ones carry over up to 60. Additional billings come in bundles: 10 for CHF 10.00, 20 for CHF 19.00, 50 for CHF 45.00 or 100 for CHF 85.00. Your credit never expires and counts towards the monthly fee when you upgrade. From around 30 billings per month, the Basic plan with unlimited billings pays off.

As many as you like: every plan includes unlimited users. Your whole team works with fitflowPro at no extra cost per person.

API access is included from the Pro plan (120 requests per minute). For higher volumes and software providers, we’ll find a custom solution in the Enterprise plan.

The Pro plan includes 3 locations; each additional one costs CHF 9 per month. For more than 10 locations, we’ll prepare a custom Enterprise offer for you.

Email support is included in every plan. Additional consulting costs CHF 80 per 30 minutes. The Pro plan includes one free consulting session (valid for 3 months).
